Series of unfortunate events

Today, for once I feel useless.
To be brutally honest, I cannot take the setbacks.
It's hurting my pride & ego.
It have been far too many for me to handle.
I think I have lost the essence of me.
Still trying to learn to get use to the changes.
And yes I do know changes are constant.
But when many take place at once, it's tough to control.
